Interim Onboarding Specialist /HR Co-ordinator, 6 months, Milton Keynes-Hybrid, Up to £190 per day

Your new role
As an Onboarding Specialist-(6 months-could extend) you will be part of the central function, this is a newly created role to manage the increasing demand of new hires from organic growth.
Responsibilities will include:
Own and co-ordinate the onboarding process from offer to day one of the new hire process.
Track current status and completion dates and hiring managers for each new hire and record all information in a format that is easy to access and understand for all involved parties.
Proactively unblock any preventions to the onboarding process being slowed down.
Oversee the background checking process and administering the inhouse background checks.
Provide an excellent candidate experience during the onboarding process ensuring all new hires have regular calls and updates and social engagements.
The role is home based with travel to London 1 day per week.
What you'll need to succeed
You will either have experience as an Onboarding Specialist or HR Co-ordinator who has experience managing the onboarding process within a large, commercial organisation. You must be able to start ideally with no more than 2 weeks notice.
