Internal Recruiter job based in Stratford Upon Avon

Your new company
My client is a rapidly expanding and forward thinking business that has seen a surge in growth over the last 12 months and have invested and expanded their operations and staff. They are now looking for someone to join their small HR team to head up their internal recruitment

Your new role
You will be required to look after all of their recruitment which would be everything from customer service staff through to accounts and IT professionals. You will deal with everything from the initial request from the manager through to organising interviews and sending out offer letters

What you'll need to succeed
They are looking for someone who has experience dealing with volume recruitment sourcing not only through advertising but also direct sourcing. Experience in candidate management systems would be a distinct advantage as well as being confident at working with people at all levels and industries.

What you'll get in return
The company offer a good salary and are also flexible in regards to working from home and would be happy for someone to come into the office once a week and as and when required.
