Ashley Kate are pleased to be to be supporting a well-established Education provider as they look to recruit a full time, interim Recruitment Advisor for a period of 3 months initially.
The FTE salary for this role will be £33k - £36k and comes with a hybrid working pattern.
About the role
Job purpose: Recruitment Advisers are responsible for the end-to-end process of recruitment campaigns in their area of the School, providing advice, guidance and support to recruiting managers to appoint high-quality and diverse candidates in line with legislative and policy requirements alongside delivering excellent candidate and manager experience.
·Conduct on-boarding activities for new starters
·Deliver briefing sessions, training courses and drop-ins for recruiting managers on recruitment processes
·The role will be supporting the Academic and professional services department
·will advise across the full recruitment cycle
·be able to use the HRIS - Resource link and Talos (ATS)
Recruitment Advisor - About you
·CIPD Level 5
·Up to date knowledge and understanding of recruitment legislation
·the ability to use e-recruitment systems and HRIS
·Internal recruitment experience, preferable
·Education, NHS or Public Services experience
·Demonstrable ability to analyse and identify options to solve problems and come up with improvements to processes
