We are looking for an Administrator for a busy financial services HR Team. This will be for an initial period of 1 month and you working from the office based in London.

Your main responsibilities will be administrative tasks including managing HR documents and updating and maintaining employee records. You will be working on a digitilasation project and assisting in the maintance of HR records.

As the successful candidate, you will be accustomed to working in a busy, faced paced environment and able to use your own initiative. You will have exceptional attention to detail, be confident but approachable in nature with a professional can-do attitude. You will also have great time-management skills and have the ability to adhere and meet deadlines.


  • 1-2 years administrative experience - HR Administrative experience preferred but not essential
  • Strong administrative experience, with the ability to carry out operational tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with using HR Systems preferred
  • good understanding of HR Confidentiality requirements and GDPR legislations
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook especially)
