Brand new HR Advisor role with Hybrid working and travel across East and West Midlands!

£30,000 - £35,000 + Car allowance
3-6 Month contract- potential to be extended

This role would suit a candidate who is a strong HR Advisor, and has ideally had exposure to TUPE

Day to day responsibilities:

·Provide generalist HR advice and support to all levels of employees in all aspects of HR including employee relations
·Being heavily involved with TUPE and providing support around this
·Driving cultural change and developing HR processes, coaching and upskilling managers
·Assisting with various HR and business wide projects
·Contributing to the development and implementation of the HR strategy
