Talent Management role to join their team!
This business are growing and due to this, have lots of exciting key culture and engagement projects on the horizon.
The Talent Manager will work alongside the HR Manager and HR Director, in shaping the internal recruitment process, and talent planning
Oversee and manage the end to end recruitment lifecycle for all vacancies including attraction, sourcing, management of the applicant tracking/HR system, pre-screening, interviewing, right up to offer and on boarding
Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders analysing their recruitment needs and supporting them through the process.
Managing Apprentice/Graduate recruitment
Manage talent acquisition process and build strong talent pools through effective targeting and talent pipelining always looking for innovative solutions for engaging and sourcing talent
To be considered you will be an experienced Recruitment or Talent Manager, who has developed a recruitment function/process from the ground up, You will be innovative and have fresh and exciting ideas on how to attract Talent to this growing business!! Ideally you will have experience within the Tech/IT industry although this isn't essential. If this role interests you, please apply now!
