Work closely with the Director, Partner Program and Office Head to ensure the smooth delivery of key Partner Professional Development elements and activities

* Work alongside the Director, Partner Program to ensure all partners receive high quality and timely performance reviews as part of the year-end review process (which kicks off in October and runs through to end of March)
* Work with individual partners to formalise their list of year-end peer feedback providers and work with the global team to deliver the peer feedback survey, monitoring and driving completion rates
* Draft key paragraphs of the the Most Important Message section of the partner review (in particular, the client/ commercial and practice/ capability summaries) and share with the Director, Partner Program for review and editing
* Assemble all supporting data and charts in the review appendices
* Use the Partner Assessment System (PAS) tool to generate final review for delivery by Office Head/ Partner PD advisor
* Keep an up-to-date spreadsheet of all leadership talent/ people roles in London, working with the London talent team to identify candidates to replace/ fill roles as required
* Assist Director, Partner Program to collect and analyse a wide range of data for input into the partner people rating model
* Perform analysis of key talent metrics across the Partner group as required
* Work with team to automate the collection and presentation of additional people/ talent data as needed contract administration

* Support the Director, Partner Program and Partner Talent Committee (PTC) with the annual senior partner nomination process
* Assist in the preparation of materials for the PTC meetings, to include an overview of potential candidates and compilation of supporting data to facilitate the Committee's discussion and decision on "shallow" and "deep" dives
* Help prepare the nomination materials for submission to the CPC
* Facilitate the London on-boarding program for new partners, in conjunction with the global partner integration team
* Oversee the logistical support for new partner hires and transfers (e.g. TSG, office services, EA support, etc.)


Very strong communication skills (with an ability to write clearly and concisely with a good mastery of spelling, grammar and punctuation)
* An ability to quickly and accurately process, cross-check and summarise large amounts of information
* Demonstrates a high degree of professionalism, maturity and discretion and can be trusted with highly confidential information
* Excellent attention to detail, with a zero-defect approach
* Proficient organisation, prioritisation and time management skills
* Team player, but able to work on own initiative
