Oakleaf Partnership are proud to be working alongside a market leader in the second hand gaming and technology industry on their search for a HR Assistant to join their head office team in London.

On a daily basis you will be doing the following:

● Responding to general HR queries via emails
● Providing administrative support to HR Advisors in relation
to employee relation cases (disciplinary, investigation,
grievances, welfare meetings)
● Drafting letters to support the different HR processes
● Taking minutes for investigation, disciplinary, grievance or
redundancy meetings.
● Providing administrative support for GDPR queries
● Working on projects to improve the way we deliver our HR
services

Success in this role 12 months from now is you are competent
in all areas of HR and able to draft employee relation letters
confidently.

To be successful in this role you will:

● Enjoy presenting solutions to solve HR challenges
● Have strong attention to detail
● Have experience in responding to general HR queries
● Be a clear communicator over email
● Have at least 1-year HR Administrator experience
● Have worked in a fast paced environment
