As HR Business Partner, you will join an efficient HR team and act as a business partner to managers and Head of Departments, providing effective solutions that support and enable the business strategy. You will support with all HR elements, including recruitment, employee relations and HR development.

My client is a luxury omnichannel retailer based in London.

Description

The role requires a high level of confidentiality and efficiency. The key responsibilities include:

  • Working with the TA Specialist to manage recruitment and support the attraction, retention and development of talent whilst maintaining compliance
  • Work with the Head of Department and Finance BP to review and discuss any job changes/adjustments
  • Lead on supporting managers with and providing detailed advice on all Employee Relations issues including disciplinaries, grievances, capability, redundancies, absences and sickness
  • Design training and development programmes in line with the company's and individual's needs, and producing necessary training materials
  • Assist with developing, design and implementation of existing and new HR policies and procedures in line with current legislation
  • Assist on the design and/or delivery of key projects in line with department objectives, organisational changes, and continual improvement initiatives
  • Using HRIS to produce and analyse various HR metrics.
  • Update departmental organisational charts as and when changes occur.

Profile

  • Demonstrable HR experience within a retail or FMCG company with high level of pace, change and volume
  • Strong exposure to employee relations, process improvement, policy development and procedures
  • Generalist HR exposure within a busy HR department
  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to influence with stakeholders at all levels
  • Up to date knowledge of UK employment legislation
  • Commercial approach to dealing with HR issues

Job Offer

£40,000 - £45,000

Flexible working from the London office, including core hours between 10am-4pm
