Description
A Compensation Manager to:
- Support in the development of the compensation strategies
- Oversee job evaluation, and bonus programmes
- Develop processes of Salary Bench marking, job levelling and bonus schemes
- Put a salary bench marking tool in place
- Manage the annual salary review, performance review and bonus cycles
- Develop strategies to improve and update compensation systems and processes
- Global remit
Profile
A Compensation Manager with:
- International experience desirable
- Ability to build and develop strong stakeholder relationships
- Experience of working in a fast paced environment
- CIPD Qualified Desirable
