A leading fashion retail brand in London are looking to hire a new Talent Specialist to report into an experienced Recruitment Manager.
This role has come about through strong growth and will play a key part in continuing to bring high calibre talent into the business in both the retail side and head office with a focus on head office hires.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for multiple hires, helping with the talent attraction strategy, careers page, interviewing and booking in interviews with multiple key stakeholders.
You will have experience of searching and headhunting talent using multiple methods such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
It will be advantageous if you have experience of working within retail, particularly fashion retail.
This role requires someone in the Central London office 3 days a week with the rest worked from home.
