Ashley Kate HR are partnering with an International professional service business on an Organisational Development Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The main purpose of the role is to work alongside the Leadership team, whist the business undergoes a major transformational change programme and to contribute to the delivery of a high profile, proactive and professional leadership/organisational development service for the business.
This will be achieved via a programme of the following:
Leadership Development, Talent Management, Coaching and Mentoring, Staff Engagement, Change Management, Behavioural Change Interventions
The successful candidate must have an understanding and utilisation of operational development methodology, the design and delivery of high delivery OD interventions, incorporating formal and informal development approaches, to support individual, team and ultimately organisational objectives and priorities. It is absolutely key that this person has been involved in delivery across values and behaviours.
Organisation Development Manager - The role.
Operational - Lead on a portfolio of OD interventions to support the achievement of the OD, Values and behaviours, Talent management, Leadership Development and Learning & Development strategies.
Project Management - Support the development of the corporate identity of organisation through a contribution to developing the organisations vision, strategic direction, values and culture.
Staff Management - No direct staff management but you would be keen to forge close positive working relationships in order to achieve objectives
Information Management - Drafting reports summarising status on issues, appraising outcomes, and providing progress reports for the Director of Strategy and Service Delivery.
Policy Development - Responsible for proposing and drafting changes, implementation and interpretation to policies, guidelines and service level agreements (SLA's) which may impact service.
Planning and Organisation - Contribute to the strategic planning of Team projects, identifying interdependencies across projects/functions, potential impacts on wider organisation, resource requirements and building in contingency and adjustments as necessary.
Have an understanding of OD methodology, design and delivery of high quality OD interventions, incorporating formal and informal development approaches
Must have an understanding of the background to and aims of current healthcare policy
Experience and expertise in leading and delivering Organisational Development
This role will have a hybrid approach to working.
