HR Business Partner - Payroll focus London - Hybrid c£60000

Your new role
Working as the HR Business Partner for this leading luxury property developer you will take a lead on all Payroll and Employee Benefits activities and provide operational HR support to the business on a day to day basis, defining the people-related processes and culture. You will cover key areas including Strategy, Culture & Values, Talent Retention, L&D, Compensation and Benefits and Payroll. The HR Business Partner will work with allocated teams, managers and key stakeholders to help build organisation and people capability, shape and implement effective people strategies and activities within the organisation. You will cover the employee life cycle and champion the employee value proposition ensuring that the organisation attracts, recruits, trains, rewards, motivates and retains a successful team.

What you'll need to succeed
It is essential that you have experience of running Payroll and have a good understanding of the process.
You will have 4-6 years of HR business partnering experience with a focus on payroll and benefits
Experience in overseeing an outsourced payroll function
Experience of administering benefits CIPD qualifies or equivalent
