As HR Business Partner, you will support your specific business area on all HR generalist matters including support with global mobility, talent and development and organisational structure. You will work with the Head of HR Business Partnering and work with other HRBPs within the team to align to central people initiatives.

Description

  • Support the business on HR generalist matters, including support with global mobility, talent & development, organisational structure etc.
  • Leads organisational design processes including managing consultation processes where needed.
  • Proactive ownership and resolution of complex ER issues, including grievances, appeals and formal performance / conduct matters.
  • Provides tactical and strategic support to senior members of the organisation e.g. Managing Directors responsible for a region of the UK or EMEA
  • Able to leverage data analytics to drive HR and business strategy around retention, productivity, and talent management.
  • Delivers a wide range of HR operational and advisory support services providing expert guidance ensuring a consistent, legally compliant, and fair approach to people management.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Understand the business and markets your stakeholders navigate, allowing you to contextualise any HR solutions you bring forward.
  • Design and facilitate sessions to educate business of topical issues, working with the Talent Development team where necessary.
  • Employer brand ambassador.

Profile

  • Proven experience of influencing a stakeholder and or business.
  • Strong ER background, able to interpret policy, employment law and best practice know how.
  • Strong communication and resilience
  • Capable of interpreting workforce data and implementing data driven solutions
  • Can do attitude and track record of adding value in the role.

Job Offer

Up to £50,000 + package

September start date

12 - 14 month contract

Hybrid working, a combination of a London office base and home working and some national travel as required
