Oakleaf Partnership are currently sourcing a Senior Early Careers Advisor to join our clients team on a Permanent basis, bases out of their central Birmingham Offices. This Global Law firm is growing, so you will play a key part in the attraction and selection of candidates into their sought after placements.

Reporting Directly into the Early Careers Manager, you will work with them to create and implement a strategy of attraction whilst building and nurturing relationships with the schools, Colleges, and Universities so that high potential talent enters the selection process. Your duties will include bit will not be limited to;

  • Design, manage and attend attraction initiatives and events e.g.
  • Internal promotion of the Early Careers Recruitment to Partners, Associates and Trainees with a view to encouraging participation in events at schools, on campus virtually and internally
  • Support EC Manger in re-design of Assessment Centre in line with the firms EC and Diversity Strategies
  • Identifying opportunities to continually improve and innovate the process to ensure the recruitment of the highest calibre of diverse students
  • Innovative development of our Insight Days for prospective students, to think outside the box and understand how we can demonstrate our clients, quality of work and culture to prospective applicants

In order to be considered for this opportunity you will need to demonstrate the below;

  • Previous early careers recruitment experience, transformation and innovation of Early Career Programmes advantageous
  • Ability to demonstrate management experience of Administrator/Coordinator, informally considered.
  • Experience in managing and building relationships with external suppliers
  • Confident and personable, with the credibility to act as a strong brand ambassador
  • Positive attitude with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and deal with pressure
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent organisation, analytical and administration skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
