Resourcing Advisor

18 month FTC, Resourcing Advisor role. 35 hours per week, £33,261 per annum, plus £4,611 London Weighting.

Your new company
You will work as a Resourcing Advisor, for a Trade Union in London, on a long term FTC, until December 2023. The role is currently an 18 month FTC due to funding, but could be extended or made permanent depending on future needs. Salary is £33,261 per annum, plus £4,611 London Weighting.

• 35 hours per week
• Annual leave up to 32 days plus Bank Holidays
• Hybrid working from September/October - 2 days in the office

Your new role
Reporting to the Resourcing Manager and working alongside 2 other Resourcing Advisors, you will support with end to end recruitment. You will be the first point of contact for candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders, and will be responsible for delivering a high quality and customer focused recruitment service.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be an experienced recruiter, with knowledge of recruitment processes, policies and legislation.
