I am assisting my client in their search for a Talent Development Manager who will work closely with the HRD to develop the talent development plan for EMEA in line with the business strategy.
This role will report directly to the HRD and be a pivotal position responsible for the deployment of the Global Talent Development curriculum for EMEA as well as developing content and delivering specific regional programmes.
The role will see the incoming Talent Development manager working closely with the wider HR team managing the day to day talent development offering across, succession planning, talent management, employee engagement, cultural values, and broader HR Projects such as mentoring, onboarding and DE&I initiatives.
It is crucial that the incumbent has proven Talent Development and /or Learning and Development expertise with the ability to build strong internal and external client relationships to influence stakeholder decision making and reinforce coaching and development culture within the organisation.
It would also be beneficial to have experience working within a strategic consultancy or the wider professional services sector having worked in a global business executing a role with regional responsibility.
It is essential that you have a good working knowledge of MS packages whilst being proficient with IT and LMS systems.
