I am working with a British multinational conglomerate organisation in the search for a Senior Reward and HR Systems Consultant for a 6-9 month outside of IR35 contract.
Reporting into the HR Director the Senior Reward Consultant will lead a key compensation and benefits harmonisation projects due to a period transformation and M&A activity. Alongside this, another project will be centred on identifying and implementing a new performance management system. They will work with sponsors and senior stakeholders to ensure that the system meets the requirements of the firm and support the team in that roll out.
The successful candidate will be a highly experienced reward consultant who is collaborative and able to build strong relationships across a diverse set of senior stakeholders and team members. Ability to drive the delivery in a hands on capacity will be key, as well as project experience in harmonisation of compensation and flexible benefits.
