I am delighted to be supporting a leading global insurance business in their search for an Interim Global Head of Reward for a 6 month initial interim contract on an inside IR35 role.
The role will be centred on leading the Reward team (3 direct reports) and ensuring that reward processes and best structures and processes are maintained across the various business lines, during a period of absence in the team. The successful candidate will play an integral role in the strategic direction and operational delivery of a reward function, including planning, development, implementation and maintenance of projects, policies and procedures. as well as BAU operational duties to include administering the annual salary and bonus review.
