An exciting opportunity for an established Recruitment manager to work for this prestigious sporting organisation to take ownership and deliver a proactive, best in class, efficient end-to-end recruitment service to meet the business needs.
These roles are varied and as such the successful candidate will have experience of working with a multitude of agencies, job boards and line managers.
As part of the HR team, you will work closely with the hiring managers and HRBP's on recruitment strategy and will manage the entire candidate lifecycle from attracting the best talent, providing an excellent candidate journey, taking part/or leading on interviewing, and negotiating offers.
The roles are mostly UK based with apart for a couple located in Dubai and Italy
They offer hybrid working, 2 - 3 days in the office per week.
Experience and background requirements:-

*Experienced Recruitment Manager, with preferred experience of working in-house
*Skilled interviewer, with ability to lead interviews
*Organised and able to keep on top of administration and compliance to ensure the recruitment process is run smoothly
*Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy
*Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
*Demonstrable success in hiring at all levels of seniority, and across all business functions
*Ability to quickly build rapport and credibility to win the trust of hiring managers
*Use of Workday Recruit or similar ATS
*Experienced user of LinkedIn recruiter, with good ability to headhunt and to engage passive candidates
