Oakleaf North are partnered with an incredibly exciting FMCG business specialising in the global wines and spirits industry based in Glasgow, in hiring a permanent HR Transformation Lead. The organisation has 2000 employees in the UK with offices in London and Scotland and this role will be part of the Reward & People Analytics Centre of Excellence that centralises HR transformation, benefits, benefits and compensation.
There is a team of 14 people in the CoE and are currently on a bold and exciting transformation journey, working closely with the wider HR team and line managers to deliver it. The HR Transformation Lead will be responsible for the design, buy-in, project management and delivery of key HR transformation projects which will drive the modernisation and maturity of the HR services and will support the wider business transformation. This role will lead on: Digitalisation of time tracking & absence, HR data and defining & delivering the People Systems roadmap: providing an expert assessment on viability and ROI and interfacing with senior HR and business stakeholders, to ensure prioritisation based on business value.
This is role requires a HR Transformation professional who has the capability to operate both strategically and operationally and the depth of PMO experience to not only set the road maps but also to execute and deliver them. Experience designing and delivering on HR technology solutions projects would be essential. This is a hands on role operating in an entrepreneurial, pacey and lean environment. The business is on a really exciting journey and they are culturally very transparent in their approach, they work with some of the most prestigious and exciting brands with years of heritage. In this role, the ability to influence is key and also the desire to develop quality relationships.
The role will be based in the central Glasgow office ideally 2-3 days, salary is circa £70-80k with a competitive car allowance and broader benefits package.
