HR Advisor - Lincoln/Newark - HYBRID WORKING - upto £32000 DOE and qualifications.

A reputable and successful social care organisation (good to outstanding ratings) - with the head office on the outskirts of Lincoln (accessible from Newark) - with various and different service provision sites around the region - are looking to recruit a Human Resources Advisor.

Your new role
You will join the supportive and tight knit HR team - based at the head office near Lincoln - but with flexible hybrid working (mix of home and office based working.

To work as a member of the HR Team you will provide a professional HR advice and support service to staff and Managers in a particular area of the organisation - helping to support the development of the organisation and its business objectives. Reporting to the Head of Employee Relations you will focus on the management of a high volume and complex employee relation caseload.

This will include acting as the HR Representative within formal meetings, and providing a remote support service to the business offering advice and guidance in line with HR policy.

The department is moving towards being a more proactive HR service and therefore you will get involved in projects to help the business objectives through HR/People strategies -such as Compensation & Benefits, Engagement, Retention, Talent development to name a few.

This is an excellent role for a HR Advisor/Assistant with solid ER/HR advisory experience to join a caring and supportive (internally and externally) organisation.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will ideally possess a solid background in a HR Advisory role - ideally from a high volume er/case load environment.
CIPD Level 3 as a minimum and working towards Level 5 (or suitably equivalent experience level)

What you'll get in return
A competitive salary is on offer, dependant on your experience and skill set - from £28000 to £32000.
Flexible working - this is a full time Monday to Friday role - 40 hours with flexibility in hours.
PART TIME MAYBE CONSIDERED - 4 days minimum.
Hybrid working - mix of office and home.
