Ashley Kate are partnering with a national client who have a brand new Digital L&D Manager role available.  Reporting to the Head of Talent you will work collaboratively with key stakeholders and teams  to develop  clinical, non-clinical and central Support team colleagues across all aspects of the Talent agenda and engage  people in their learning and development framework.  

This is a fantastic role for someone to shape and develop the digital offering for a widely dispersed workforce.  

Digital L&D Manager - About you

  • Experience of developing and implementing digital learning strategies and managing and delivering high level digital learning projects
  • A proven track record in managing the complete digital learning cycle, designing, developing, implementing and evaluating digital learning content in a professional skills environment
  • Experience of live, virtual and blended design and delivery, enabling interactive and experiential learning experiences
  • Deep knowledge of technical languages and tools involved in delivering high quality digital products.
  • Excellent digital learning industry knowledge with access to networks
  • Confident communication and engagement skills at all levels and in varied contexts.
  • Have experience of managing and/or developing effective collaborations with Professional experience of delivering digital learning strategies
  • Experience of developing high quality digital learning products using multiple techniques learning platforms and software.
  • Relevant qualification in digital learning, instructional design or demonstrable equitable experience.
  • Experience of working with Learning Management Systems and/or Experience Platforms (LMS, LXP) and various learning technology platforms.

For this role you can work remotely however ideally you will be based in the Midlands/Cheltenham so you can get to team meetings and sites as needed.

Salary £45k - £50k dependant on experience.
