Responsibilities

  • Manage the EMEA/APAC benefits plans and associated vendor and broker relationships as well as the annual UK Annual Enrollment cycle
  • Develop and maintain a strong technical understanding of the EMEA/APAC benefits market across a broad range of plan designs
  • Assist with executing EMEA/APAC benefits strategies by benchmarking local market/peer firm practices, identifying gaps, and implementing innovative, market-leading solutions that align with KKR's culture and values
  • Implement a governance framework and drive operational efficiencies across all EMEA/APAC benefit programs and systems
  • Work closely with local offices to deploy programs and manage day to day benefit operations including, but not limited to having oversight of invoicing/billing, HRIS updates/maintenance, and employee inquiries
  • Partner with Finance/Payroll teams to ensure thorough analysis, trend forecasting, and budgeting to drive effective business planning for both short and long term needs
  • Manage specific benefits plans (both strategically and tactically) and associated provider relationships and oversee the annual benefit renewal cycles
  • Develop impactful marketing and communication materials and policy documents; accountable for all EMEA/APAC benefits-related communication plans and delivery
  • Assist with the annual engagement/pulse surveys as part of the Employee Experience/Engagement strategy

Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, HR, or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience with EMEA/APAC employee benefits plan development and delivery
    • Proven track record in health and wellness and work-life programs
    • Considerable experience in international retirement plans from a design, implementation and governance standpoint
