Job Details
Oakleaf Partnership are currently recruiting for a senior specialist to join the partner team within a global management consultancy firm. The specialist/manager will work alongside the director and head of office.
Senior Specialist:
- £50,000 - 55,000
- Full time
- Permanent
- Hybrid
- Central London
Key role responsibilities:
- Work closely with the director to perform performance reviews on the firms partners
- Draft key documents with keen eye to detail
- Assemble all data and charts to review
- Manage key aspects of the firms people data
- Support aspects of senior partner nominations
- Support transitions of departing partners
- Take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the partner peer group programme
- Support global in the development and testing of global tools
The person:
- Highly organised
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills necessary
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Degree qualification minimum
- Previous experience of developing relationships with clients and additional stakeholders
- Previous experience using excel, PowerPoint, word
