Early careers recruitment specialist
Highly flexible hybrid working
City of London
Salary: £39,000 - £45,000
Key responsibilities for this role, will be:
Managing candidate pipelines and advertising
Creating and delivery of events - Including attending campuses events and additional travel
Responsible in managing stakeholders
Responsible for maintaining of university and school relationships
Responsible for conducting candidate screening and assessment
Carry out delivery and development of assessments tool
As a early careers recruitment specialist, you will:
Hold previous 1-2 years' experience related to early careers
Hold experience of any level supporting social media grad interaction
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong Microsoft experience
