Resourcing Advisor - Up to £45,000 - Highly Flexible Working Hours - Part Time
Oakleaf Partnership are currently recruiting for an accounting and business advisory firm looking for a part time resourcing advisor.
To be considered successful, the ideal candidate must:
- Significant recruitment experience gained from either agency, or a combination of agency and in-house. Previous Accountancy recruitment experience will be a big advantage, other professional services experience will also be of benefit.
- Strong interviewing experience and an understanding of different assessment methodologies.
- Strong judgement and analytical skills
- Excellent communications skills, and the ability to work with senior members and partners of the law firm.
- Strong ability to manage time and prioritise workload.
- The ability to build relationships with candidates.
- Hold a degree or equivalent
