Description

As the Reward Manager you will be an integral part of the Senior Leadership Team:

  • Lead and manage multiple Reward projects
  • Provide technical expertise on all aspect of compensation
  • Develop, plan and lead the annual performance, bonus and salary review processes
  • Deal with operational type Performance & Reward queries/transactions, including job levelling, bench marking and analysis work.
  • Responsible for driving an aligned regional reward agenda to enable attraction, retention and engagement across the region
  • Ensure that salary structures benefits programs are aligned with Group, business and HR strategies while being future thinking, competitive and locally compliant

Profile

The right Reward Manager will:

  • Be from a strong Reward and Benefits background
  • Have excellent project management skills and experience of leading global projects
  • Good knowledge of developments and expertise in Reward and global benefits
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills -Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Experience in a specialist role, operating with a high degree of autonomy
  • Experience of the development of innovative approaches to complex problems
  • Ability to work in collaboration with other senior professionals whose expertise is vital when agreeing strategic plans and or major programmes of work
  • The ability to make logical, well-balanced and reasoned decisions

Job Offer
