ER Business Partner - Birmingham or Bristol
Hybrid working in either hub

A permanent ER Business Partner role based in Birmingham. Oakleaf Partnership Midlands are looking for a strong ER professional who has previous experience working with trade unions and casework. This is a business partnering role in the sense that you will need to build strong relationships in the business as well with trade union partners across the firm.

In this role you will benefit in working across four business units and play a key part in developing how the firm interacts and engages with the employee representatives to meet the future needs of the business. You will support in designing and delivering complex business change projects and providing strong links with the unions. The ER business partner will support the ER lead in the implementation of the ER strategy and have a strong understanding of UK employment law.

What are we looking for:
  • Strong employee casework experience
    • Union experience - strong awareness working with unions Ability to demonstrate change projects that have led on in a large matrix organisation
