HR Manager - professional services

A rapidly growing financial management consulting firm are recruiting for an HR Manager to join their team. This newly created role will work closely with the leadership team to build their people capability and deliver a people plan. As HR Manager, key responsibilities will include:

• Acting as first point of contacts for employee advice and queries
• HR Planning and strategy - ongoing development of people strategy and engagement, development and implementation of people plan, developing and improving company culture
• Employee relations
• Ssupporting Directors in recruitment of new talent, ensuring ongoing process review and improvement
• Resourcing - managing weekly process of aligning delivery resources to projects
• Performance management
• Establishing and operating ongoing programmes of employee engagement
• Developing training strategy and aligning individual development plans, company strategies and ambitions
• Payroll - liaising with outsourced provider, identifying adjustments
• Reviews of salary and benefits packages, managing communication and documentation of bonuses and changes to benefits arrangements as required
• Health & Safety

As HR Manager, you will possess:

• CIPD membership and good knowledge of up to date HR approaches and thinking
• Business Partnering experience, ideally within a Professional Services environment
• 7+ years' experience within HR
• Experience developing talent within professional specialisms
• Experience of ensuring accurate and timely payroll, including liaising with outsourced provider
