Job Details

An exciting new senior L&D Program Lead role is available with a specialist consultancy organisation which focuses on innovation funding.

This role is responsible for the design and roll out of management and leadership programmes across the Consulting division of the organisation, including core content such as project management, stakeholder management and change management. With the support of the L&D Program Manager, you will drive the uptake and success of these programmes via the managers and will work closely with them and their teams to evaluate success.

You will contribute to the strategic development of the L&D offering to consultants across different markets, including change management primarily around technology developments as the business culture is very tech forward. You will also work to develop and roll out levy funded chartered management courses internally.

There is the opportunity to train in the Lumina Spark assessment tool; previous similar accreditations such as Insights would be valuable.

Deep experience in full cycle learning and development, and specifically leadership and management development is needed, ideally gained in a corporate or professional services environment. A mixture of large and small business exposure is ideal.
