UK Payroll & Pensions Manager - up to 70K + Benefits - Permanent - Central London
I am working with a globally recognised media brand who are looking to hire an experienced UK Payroll & Pensions Manager.
The successful UK Payroll & Pensions Manager will be working will have one direct report focusing on driving the implementation of a new payroll system along with driving the processes & controls for both the payroll & pensions.
The successful UK Payroll & Pensions Manager will be reporting into the Head of People Operations focusing/supporting on:
- Overseeing implementation of payroll system
- Leading on all pension queries
- Business partnering with internal/external stakeholders
Key Skills & Responsibilities
- Overseeing the UK Payrolls across 20 different in company payrolls
- Working on implementing any changes to pension, working closely with the wider business
- Being an integral part of implementing a new payroll system whilst running parallel payroll runs
- Overseeing workload and development of other employee in payroll team
- Strong knowledge of UK pensions
- Previous experience of implementing payroll systems
