A Reward Partner role, ideal for someone with experience analysing, designing and implementing Reward programmes, or an HR professional who has recent experience of working on Reward/Benefits.
My client is a global FTSE100 multi-channel retailer and distributor based in Greater Manchester, with over 2400 store outlets across 19 territories. This organisation continues to be a real market leader following various acquisitions of well-known international brands, and has enjoyed another period of record growth.
Reporting into the Head of Reward and Compliance, this role is part of a newly created Reward team, and will have management responsibilities for a small team.
The Reward Business Partner will be responsible for developing and growing the Groups all employee reward, pension and benefits processes. This includes (but is not limited to);
- Supporting on annual reporting and director's remuneration
- Successful management of our annual pay review, medical benefits, pensions auto enrolment, pension re-assessments, annual incentive plans, gender pay gap reporting
- The design and implementation of new benefits
This is a pivotal role where you will provide guidance, technical support and expertise to internal and external customers. The successful candidate will be a strong subject matter expert in all facets of Reward.
The ideal candidate will have solid Reward experience within a large global organisation or fast-paced commercial environment, or will be an HR professional who has recent experience in supporting on Reward activities, and is looking to move into specialising in Reward.
You will be/have;
Solid and demonstrable experience in a Reward and Benefits role Experience of designing, creating and implementing new Reward initiatives Line management experience Advanced Excel skills and experience of manipulating and analysing large volumes of data Strong working knowledge of statutory requirements and legislation influencing Reward design and operation e.g. Gender Pay Gap reporting, National Minimum Wage etc Highly organised with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detailCreative and innovative with external market awareness
A salary of up to £45,000, plus a hybrid working model including 2 days working from home.
