Oakleaf Partnership are excited to be supporting a Technology Recruitment Consultancy in their hunt for a Recruitment Manager.

This is a great opportunity who wants to make their mark on a growing company, who specialise in their area, hiring for vacancies worldwide. The culture at this company is extremely desirable, with them constantly working collaborately and rewarding success instantaneously. In this role you would be managing 5 people, focussing on business development and receiving uncapped commission as you go.

What they need from you:

* A proven track record as a Billing Consultant.
* Business development, building new client relationships through cold calling, meetings, and networking.
* Arranging events/ meets ups within your market area.
* Keeping up to date with industry knowledge and mapping out your market.
* Finding the best talent in your market by networking, headhunting and other
* Creating job adverts
* Negotiating with both clients and candidates.
Experienced Team leader role managing a small team.
