Reporting to the HR Manager, the Recruitment Business Partner will be responsible for delivering a first-class recruitment service for the business and managing end-to-end volume recruitment processes in line with business goals and objectives.

Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Recruit, coordinate and manage an internal bank of workers providing flexible solutions to temporary cover
  • Ensure an effective system is maintained to place bank workers into services
  • Work closely with the Learning and Development team to ensure all workers' mandatory training is up to date and training records are maintained
  • Provide advice and support to recruiting managers on all recruitment activities, from vacancy identification through to candidate selection
  • Provide advice to hiring managers on market benchmarking, recruitment costs and challenges
  • Provide advice to managers on the different types of contracts of employment
  • Line management, support, and development of the Recruitment Assistant
  • Oversee end-to-end volume recruitment, including preparing adverts, advertising roles, pre-screening, interviewing and selection
  • Drive consistency in recruitment administration and pre-employment processes such as medical questionnaires, DBS checks, and references
  • Coordinate internal and external recruitment events, including job fairs and open days
  • Attend networking events to promote the employer brand
  • Work with the Recruitment Assistant to oversee the management of the ATS
  • Design and execute recruitment campaigns and monitor and report on the response to campaigns against KPIs
  • Liaise with external agencies and manage the preferred supplier list with the aim of minimising agency spend
  • Provide coaching and training on recruitment best practice
  • Provide monthly reporting on recruitment statistics and activities
  • Manage and promote the employee referral campaign

Profile

  • Previous experience in a Recruitment role, either in-house or agency
  • Experience of end-to-end recruitment processes, including preparing job profiles, advertising vacancies, pre-screening candidates, and conducting interview
  • Up to date knowledge and understanding of employment legislation, equality and diversity issues and HR best practice
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to build excellent working relationships through internal and external networking
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Volume recruitment experience
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns
  • Experience of working with recruitment systems, ATS, social media and online job boards

Job Offer

  • Salary of £32,798 - £35,336 per annum
