We have a current opportunity for a ER Manager on a permanent basis. The position will be based in Bristol ona hybrid model.
In order to succeed in this role you'll have experience working in a Matrix organisation, dealing with multiple stakeholders in a unionised enviroment.
This role will be working closely with the HR Director, in influencing and support line manager and senior stakeholders during a large scale change.
- £65k-70k+ bonus, 2-3 days in the office
- 25 days, pension scheme 5% matched to 10%
