A leading University in London are seeking an HR Administrator to join the team on a 12 month contract, with possibility of permanency. Based London with hybrid working and very generous annual leave.
Your new role
As the HR Administrator, it will be your role to provide HR administration support throughout the employee lifecycle, working in cohesion with your HR colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service to managers and staff across the organisation. This is a busy role which will include high volume recruitment administration as well as administrating starters/leavers and contractual changes, in hand with the effective and timely maintenance of systems and data.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your application, you will have administration experience gained within an HR team and ideally in a busy, public-sector environment. It will be important that you are passionate about customer service and developing your career in HR, with excellent organisations skills and attention to detail.
