Our client in Slough is looking to recruit an HRIS Implementation Support Consultant to help them implement their global HR system alongside a new T&A system. For this role, they need someone with relevant experience to manage the project and deliver the implementation. This individual will be working closely with the HR/Payroll team to understand current processes and guidelines and ensure that these are translated into the workflows of the new systems.

Our client in Slough is looking to recruit an HRIS Implementation Support Consultant to help them implement their global HR system alongside a T & A system. For this role, they need someone with relevant experience to manage the project and deliver the implementation.
Main Purpose of the Role
To manage and deliver the implementation of 2 people related systems
- A T & A system - currently being selected
- A global HR system - Darwinbox developed in conjunction with the parent company.
Main Contacts
This individual will be working closely with the HR /Payroll team to understand current policies / processes and guidelines and ensure that these are translated into the workflows of the new systems being implemented.
They will be the Single Point of Contact for the suppliers implementing the systems supported by the Head of HR and key team members as appropriate.
The client is happy to look at both FTC and interim solutions for this role.
This role offers hybrid working.
Profile
To apply for the role of HRIS Implementation Support Consultant, your profile will closely match:
- The relevant person will have experience of working with and implementing HR /Payroll systems.
- They will be comfortable with working with and manipulating large amounts of sensitive people related data.
- They will be able to understand a people related process and document it as a workflow.
- They will be able to interpret provider questions and provide the information in a relevant format.
- They will need strong Excel skills.
- They will need effective communication skills.
- Will need to have worked with HR systems in the past and be able to evidence delivery.
- Available at short notice and able to commit to a duration of 6 months.
