As part time HR manager, you will deliver a comprehensive strategic service to staff at all levels. You will develop and implement an HR strategy, and provide support and coaching to line managers in the application of HR policies and procedures.

Description

This role will present the post holder with a unique opportunity to develop and implement an HR strategy for the organisation and to provide support and coaching to line managers in the application of HR policies and procedures.

The post holder will be responsible for the continued development of employee engagement and learning and development activities, and will contribute to the implementation of efficient HR practices.

You will be tasked with providing an operational and strategic HR service, advising managers on a wide range of HR issues and advising and managing change within the organisation.

Profile

• Demonstrable experience within a generalist position, with significant skills managing a wide range of HR issues
• Strong communicator and relationship builder with excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience of working with and influencing a wider range of stakeholders
• Ability to work methodically, efficiently and effectively
