The position of HR Business Partner will involve:
- Partnering with key stakeholders and being responsible for HR for this site
- Being part of a wider HRBP team across different sites
- A full 360 HR position, both operational and strategic
- Implementation and delivery of key HR initiatives
The ideal candidate for the position of HR Business Partner will:
- Be CIPD Level 7 qualified (essential)
- Be an experienced HR Business Partner from an education or fast paced background
- Be an exceptional communicator, both written and orally
- Be experienced working in a standalone role
£50,000 + Comprehensive Package + Hybrid Working
