We have a current opportunity for a HR Manager - fully remote on a permanent basis, candidate has to be based in the South east as occasional travel to Newbury will be required.

My client is a very successful family-run business based in Newbury. Established for over 25 years this company has grown considerably in the last two years and now looking to bring a new addition to the team in the form of an HR manager.

This is a very exciting opportunity for somebody who wants to make their mark within a very supportive business.

In terms of experience, they are looking for somebody with a CIPD qualification as well as several years of experience within a human resources environment you must have dealt with a wide range of issues including disciplinary and grievances, recruitment, appraisals, payroll, contracts of employment, and exit interviews.To have more information, please apply on the link below
