Learning Consultant London £40000 - £50000pa
Your new role
Working for the BIG 4 you will support the Senior Learning Consultant and Business Partner you will translate the business learning needs into achievable plans that reflect the Learning Strategy. You will ensure that your clients plans and learning goals are on track and within budget. Your areas of coverage will include:
- Performance coaching
- Project & Change Management
- Content Design & Development
- Learning Governance Induction support
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience of working on strategic learning programmes
- Experience of research, data collections and analysis
- Experience of working in a client facing environment
