HR Advisor £35,000 per annum Permanent Cannock - Hybrid Working

This company is the world's largest construction dealer in their field delivering unrivalled service for over 85 years. They sell, rent and provide parts and service for equipment and engines to customers in various industries, including mining, construction, petroleum, forestry and a wide range of power systems applications.

Your new role
To provide a pro-active human resources advice and service to the Busienss to ensure the effective implementation of HR policies and processes, the delivery of a timely and efficient HR service as required by the business to meet their strategic objectives.

What you'll need to succeed

• Assist in the development of plans to ensure that HR processes are effectively implemented and services delivered in line with objectives. Dedicatedly work with internal customers providing advice in relation to performance management, including whether that those being assessed have the required skills, knowledge and competencies to do the job and that the appropriate training and development plans are in place.
• Actively maintain a high level of internal communication with internal customers so that they have a full understanding and dedication to HR processes and policies.
• Monitor identified HR processes and procedures and identify areas for improvement.
  

What you'll get in return
You will receive an annual salary of £35,000, working hours are Monday-Friday 9-5, on site parking is available and this business has a Hybrid working policy in place where you will be in the office twice a week, again this business can be flexible for the right candidate.
