The Talent Development Partner will join the Talent team and will be responsible for identifying and developing talent within the organisation and taking the lead on the succession planning strategy to shape and grow a future talent pipeline for the business in the EMEA region.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on the development of the talent structure across EMEA with the support of local talent managers and people partners to help employees maximise their career development potential within the business
  • Ensure the elevation of employee performance through career pathways which engage staff performance by offering transparency and clarity around expectations for promotion and development
  • Design and project manage a new competency framework for deployment across EMEA
  • In collaboration with the Recruitment team, deliver improvements on the assessment of external talent, through competency-based interview frameworks and standardised interview formats
  • Work with the Head of Talent on the development of talent analytics within Workday
  • Manage the delivery of metrics and scorecards for talent and organisational development areas
  • Ensure the delivery of high quality talent change programmes that enhance employee engagement and development opportunities

Profile

  • Previous experience in a talent development or talent management role
  • Knowledge of implementing talent and succession planning strategies
  • A passion for talent is essential
  • HR generalist experience is desirable
  • Ability to engage with all levels of employees, including senior stakeholders
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Experience of using HRIS is desirable
  • Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment

Job Offer

  • £36,000 per annum
