Morgan Philips are working exclusively with a global brand in Middlesex who are searching for an EMEA Resourcing Partner to join them on a 6 month fixed term contract paying up to £75,000pa.
The role of Resourcing Partner will be a 360 role working throughout EMEA recruiting a diverse selection of roles. You will work closely with stakeholders in terms of the brief and will then own the process through to offer acceptance. The successful candidate for this role must have experience truly working as a partner to stakeholders including influencing and consulting where needed. You will have a strong background of recruiting across disciplines throughout EMEA and will ideally speak another European language such as French or Dutch although this isn’t a necessity for this role. The successful candidate will be proactive, should work at a pace and be solutions focused.
