As Interim Head of D&I you will be responsible for creating and delivering the D&I strategy across the group, working closely with the HR leadership teams and stakeholders.

My client is a well known British retailer.

Description

  • Work closely with the HR leadership teams and business stakeholders to embed performance throughout the employee lifecycle to ensure the attraction, development and retention of a diverse workforce
  • Work closely with the Learning and Development and Recruitment teams to ensure the harnessing of the attraction strategies to leverage diverse talent pools
  • A key focus will be identifying the cultural shifts required to really drive an inclusive and happy environment for all
  • Responsible for reviewing our current programme of activity and creating something that sets our teams up for the future
  • Review measurement tools and be able to demonstrate how change is seen through reporting, data analysis, research and the setting of KPI's and targets
  • Responsible for driving the on-going implementation of the Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing strategy

Profile

  • Experienced Head of D&I, who can scope, shape and drive a progressive Diversity and Inclusion policy and practice delivery
  • Experience working in an Equality, Diversity & Inclusion role within a Retail/Hospitality/FMCG
  • Experience of developing professional relationships and working with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Experience of managing and delivering key initiatives and programmes
  • Experience of change management is an advantage
  • Ability to build relationships with external partners and to proactively research across the industry and beyond

Job Offer

3-6 month contract

Immediate start

Up to £400 a day PAYE
