You will be joining a driven and accomplished HR team who will offer you excellent support and development opportunities which will help drive your career progression. This is a permanent opportunity based in Manchester whereby they operate a hybrid model of working with a minimum of 2 days in the office.
Your new role
In your new role as HR & Recruitment Adviser you will be reporting into the Group HR Director and will offer generalist HR and recruitment support to the business. Responsibilities will include employee relations, recruitment & retention, wellbeing, data reporting, employee engagement and diversity & Inclusion. the successful candidate will have 2-3 years experience in a generalist HR role and must also be passionate about supporting, attracting, retaining and developing their talent. You must have a creative and engaging approach, with the ability to be flexible and adaptable to get the best from individuals. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual who wants to continuously develop and progress with a highly successful and dynamic organisation.
