Head of Resourcing/Resourcing Lead

Were seeking an experienced Head of Resourcing / Recruitment & Resourcing Lead for a large team in Portsmouth


We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Head of Resourcing/Resourcing and Recruitment Lead for an initial 6 months fixed term contract.

This role will be reporting to the Head of HR and will be responsible for the leadership and management of the Recruitment and temporary staffing function for a large organisation.

• You will provide leadership, supervision and coaching skills to manage the resourcing function
• Act as a Strategic Resourcing Business Partner to key divisions and senior management team
• Undertake a review of resourcing practice, ways of working and approach and implement transformational change

Candidates
Were seeking an experienced Head of Resourcing/Resourcing Manager/Lead who has leadership skills to supervise and manage a inhouse recruitment and resourcing function.
Experience of reviewing and transforming a resourcing function
Experience of working with large scale organisations ideally public sector or similar regulated environments

This role is offered on a initial 6 months fixed term contract basis
