Great opportunity to join a global cybersecurity company as they embark on a major scale-up programme. As TA Partner - Cybersecurity/Tech, you will manage all UK recruitment, and will be part of a bigger global TA community, all with a common goal. You will be able to evidence a strong track record to date in TA within either Cybersecurity or Tech, and be comfortable working remotely.

Description

We are currently seeking a remote TA Partner - Cybersecurity/Tech to join our global HR team.

Your Mission

  • Uncover talent in the highly competitive and rapidly growing market of cybersecurity.
  • Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and translate their goals into an effective and efficient hiring process.
  • Responsible for delivering an excellent candidate experience by guiding candidates throughout the recruiting process, keeping them informed, engaged, and excited about the company.
  • Maintain a diverse pipeline of candidates using creative and varied sourcing channels.
  • Manage the onboarding of employees.
  • Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company.
  • Administrative support for the full lifecycle of employees.

This role offers full remote working.

There is the likelihood of international travel circa once per quarter (within Europe), so you will be able to accommodate that.

Profile

To apply for the role of TA Partner - Cybersecurity/Tech, your profile will closely match the following:

  • Solid and proven recruitment experience in the technology space. Cybersecurity is a huge plus.
  • Up to date with current active sourcing tools and have a track record of tough-to-find technical talents.
  • Experience in identifying, developing, and maintaining a vast network of passive candidates.
  • Focused on delivering an excellent candidate experience.
  • Ability to build relationships with managers and colleagues across multiple disciplines, cultures, and time zones.
  • Flexibility: you can adapt to new directions quickly.
  • Employer Branding experience (job fairs, company events, and social media activities).
