Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a growing accountancy company as they look to recruit for a full - time, permanent Early Talent (Recruitment) Coordinator, based in London.
The salary for this role is up to £38k, with a flexible hybrid working pattern.
Purpose of the role: The Early Talent Co-ordinator to work within our busy People Team. This is a new role with a primary focus on the attraction and recruitment of Early Talent. Working closely with the Senior Early Talent Advisor for early talent and the broader People Team to help deliver a strategic and professional proposition, attracting and recruiting high calibre individuals into the firm.
Early Talent Coordinator - About the role
·Support the recruitment process for all those on early talent pathways
·Work with universities and other third parties to promote our programmes and identify suitable candidates
·Support with the design and oversee structured internship programme
·Support with the design and oversee industrial placements
·Organise, attend, and facilitate Early Talent attraction events including careers fairs, skills sessions, and insight days
·Manage ad hoc Early Talent project work
About you
·Possess proven experience, knowledge and understanding of Early Talent recruitment and development.
·Experience in Accountancy, Banking, Finance or Professional Services would be advantageous
·Excellent administrative and organisational skills with an ability to progress multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritise workload and maintain effective systems
·Proactive, with the ability to carry out tasks without the need for chasing
·Ability to always maintain a high level of confidentiality
·Professional and confident with a can-do attitude and the ability to forge strong working relationships with people at all levels of the business
·IT literate with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
·Database administration and reports generation experience
·Strong team-orientated approach
·A confident communicator, able to deal comfortably and credibly with individuals at all levels
·Educated to A level or equivalent
